Since our founding, we have centered our business operations on food additives. Thanks to the support of so many people, we are now marking our 60th year in business, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us over the years.

Even in a rapidly changing and increasingly challenging business environment, we remain committed to moving forward together with our customers, business partners, and all our stakeholders while never losing sight of the human values that guide us.
Amid the ongoing difficulties in raw material supply, we are working to maintain and improve product stability and quality, and to build a supply system that is both prompt and dependable.

Company Profile
On October 1, 1966, Toei Trading Co., Ltd. was established as a spin-off of the food division of Asahi Tsusho Co., Ltd., taking over its existing food-related accounts (primarily in the frozen dessert and ice cream sector). In 1975, we independently developed and began sales of water-retention binders for processed meat applications.
Today, we focus on stabilizers for frozen desserts and ice cream, water-retention binders for meat applications, and gelling agents for desserts and jellies. We also supply single-ingredient thickeners and stabilizers, including Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, and Carrageenan.
