Research Laboratory (Planned)
We plan to open a new research laboratory in Tsurugashima City, Saitama Prefecture, around the summer of 2026.
We plan to install equipment capable of handling prototyping for ice cream, jellies, and puddings, as well as retort-packaged foods. Furthermore, we will establish an environment capable of conducting simple tests for total viable count and coliform bacteria, thereby building a system that can handle the entire process from prototyping to quality verification. This will enable us to meet the needs of a wider range of customers.
Prototyping Lab
In 2008, we opened a prototyping lab in Suginami Ward, Tokyo.
We handle the prototyping of various foods, including ice cream, jellies, and puddings. To achieve the ideal texture and flavor release our customers desire, we repeat the prototyping process until we are fully satisfied, carefully crafting each product one by one.
